Review: TV Shows Week of Nov 3

Published by earlywriter at 1:58 pm under Television Edit This

Although I was missing in action due to a small family crisis, I still grabbed the chance to catch most of my favorite TV shows this week. This avid fan arranges her work load around the hottest shows TV has to offer, in her humble opinion of course. Here is a quick recap.

Monday started the week with a hilarious Big Bang Theory. The show never ceases to amaze me with the antics of its ensemble cast. Yes, nerds do rule.

How I Met Your Mother and Two and a Half Men continued the Monday night laughs. It was great to see Eric Braeden of The Young and the Restless fame as Robin’s father on HIMYM.

Capping off the night was one of my favorites, CSI: Miami. What other TV show could use a massive crane as a murder weapon at a Miami high-rise with such grace?

We know what happened Tuesday, don’t we?

We were still weary on Wednesday, which may be the reason we just could not get into Private Practice. We tried, we really did.

However, after much rest, we were back on track for Thursday’s TV lineup. Who else could bring Grissom out of his funk than the beautiful and intriguing Lady Heather? CSI has barely skipped a beat after the loss of Warrick Brown, remaining at the top of the ratings.

Lauren Lee Smith as new CSI Riley Adams, seems to blend right in with the rest of the team. And how about Eric Szmanda? Has anyone else noticed how Greg has matured over the years? He started out as a zany nerd, and now he is the resident hottie!

Friday ended with Lipstick Jungle - still hoping for a third season. You can see the review for this fabulous show in the previous post.

That’s it for this week. What do you think? Which TV show is your favorite?
